This piece really caught my eyes when I’ve seen it for the first time as a thumb in another deviant’s favourites… It is very simple, but that’s one of the things that makes this one so special for me. (And it looks like there hasn’t been that much of colour editing that’s often used today…;)
I love the whole view that is shown in this. The way the girl is sitting there, looking at the white(?) flowered tree, the white umbrella… It’s such a peaceful scene - including silence, purity, innocence… That would be words I’m connecting with this first.

The only thing that doesn’t match that well to the photo is the title in my opinion. The thing my eye catches first when looking at the photo is the girl sitting there on the bench – not the flowers mentioned in the title. But chosing titles is very difficult (I know! ;D) and every person looks at different things in a deviation, so I think that this would be up to each one’s interpretation and what he sees in this.

The dim colors work very well here, definitely sets the gloomy tone.

this is a very beautiful piece because of its simplicity but yet its elegance. the whole framing of the picture. the balance and harmony. i particularly like the positioning of the feet which give it a realistic but creative touch.
